(WIP) Resources and instructions on programming the Motorola GM350 radio.

All necessary files (besides DOSBox Staging) are included in this folder, but sources will still be provided at the bottom of the document.

In my case I have `M08RHF4AA3_N`. So a 403-470 MHz range, 25W max power and with a display. So that's what I'll be working with.
